The service and your account
Gold Rush is a free-to-play browser game with optional purchases. Keep your login details private, provide accurate account information and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account.
Age and purchases
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account and make purchases. Do not use the service where it is prohibited. Age and regional requirements may be updated before broader distribution.
Virtual goods
Purchases provide a limited license to use virtual items within the game, not ownership of money or an investment. Gold, Diamonds, Energy and other items have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency, or transferred outside Gold Rush. Real-money trading between players is prohibited.
Payments and refunds
Prices and currencies are displayed before payment. Only enabled checkout providers can process purchases. Items are delivered after server-side payment verification. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate abusive activity, compromise accounts, manipulate payments, harass players or infringe others' rights. We may investigate, restrict or suspend accounts for substantiated violations, fraud or security risks. Contact support to contest an action.
Intellectual property
The game software, artwork and branding are protected by their owners' rights. Your access does not grant permission to redistribute, sell or impersonate the service.
Availability, liability and termination
Maintenance, outages and changes may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. You may stop using the game and request account deletion; necessary financial and security records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicable law
Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect. These terms do not waive those rights or require you to give up a legally available remedy.
